Les Miserables

Saw the new film today with Hannah. Loved it. Does anyone happen to own the book? I basically need to read it now. (I'd seen the old film before seeing this one, but this one was so emotionally powerful for me that I just *have* to read the book ASAP.) P.S. Soooo so glad that I wasn't born in that time and place.

Loved the movie Les Mis.

Saw the stage production in London. But connected more to the movie because of all the focus on the faces singing.

Intense! And music going through head all week.

Library? I almost always say the book is better, more depth, but the film was superb! Loved the long-shots. Read it en francais!
